Our people are in the countries where the work is happening—speaking the languages, understanding the context, and working alongside governments and local partners. Partners work with dedicated country teams, supported by global experience and technical expertise. When conditions change on the ground, our teams respond quickly, make early adjustments, and keep the work moving toward impact at scale

The development of the varieties we scale is facilitated by HarvestPlus, CGIAR, NARES, and other partners, with varieties independently evaluated for both nutritional density and agronomic performance. We then work with market actors to build commercially viable value chains—not aid-dependent models—creating pathways that can sustain and scale impact over the long term.
