This policy applies to HarvestPlus Solutions’ institutional websites (www.harvestplus.solutions, the Micronutrient Testing Services integrated into our site, and HarvestPlus Solutions’ Social media pages, collectively referred to as “the Site”).
By accessing and using our website, Nutrient Testing Portal, or other services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Personally identifiable information
When you use the Site, you may be asked to provide personally identifiable information. This includes details such as your name, email address, phone number, organizational affiliation, and payment information when applicable. You may be asked to provide this information when subscribing to email alerts, ordering publications or datasets, applying for a job at HarvestPlus Solutions, or signing up for our services. If you submit a job application, we may also collect information typically found in a curriculum vitae (CV). HarvestPlus Solutions will store this information securely and will not share, rent, or sell it to any other organization.
Nutrient Testing Data
In addition to general personal information, if you use our Nutrient Testing Portal or related services, we may collect specific nutrient testing data. This includes sample identification details, nutrient analysis results (such as iron, zinc, calcium levels), and laboratory test submissions. These data points are used to provide nutrient testing services, deliver results, and improve testing methodologies. The data you submit will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with relevant privacy laws.
Non-personally identifiable information
We also collect non-personally identifiable information through standard server logs. This includes your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, and details such as the pages you visit on our website, the website that referred you to us, and the files you download.
