These Terms & Conditions apply to HarvestPlus Solutions’ institutional websites (www.harvestplus.solutions and the Micronutrient Testing Services integrated into our site, collectively called “the Site”). By accessing or using our website/portal (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). 4. Service Usage
- Users can submit nutrient testing requests, track order status, and receive test reports via the Platform.
- The Company strives to ensure accurate and timely service but does not guarantee specific turnaround times.
- Users must use the Platform only for lawful purposes and must not engage in fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
5. Order Processing & Invoicing
- Upon placing a request, Users will receive order confirmations and status updates via the Platform and/or email.
- Invoices are generated and made available digitally; Users must ensure their billing information is correct.
- The Company reserves the right to modify, reject, or cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Platform are the property of HarvestPlus Solutions and are protected under intellectual property laws.
- Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.
- The Company is not liable for inaccuracies in test results, delays in service delivery, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
8. Termination & Suspension
- The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate User accounts if they violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.
- Users can request account termination by contacting support.
9. Modifications to Terms
- The Company may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- By registering or using this website and its services, you agree that these Terms of Service, as well as any disputes that may arise, will be subject to and interpreted in accordance with the local laws of the jurisdiction of the country/city where the website owner’s headquarters are located, without regard to any conflict of law principles.
